By now you probably know I am Monique!
I have had a love of photography most of my life. When I was 9 years old I bought my first 110 film camera at a rummage sale for a dime!
My mother told me I could not get it but, I found a random dime in my coat pocket and I purchased it. I believe in signs, so it must have been a sign!
I have been working as a photographer for 10 years now! I can hardly believe that. So many families and memories. I am a self taught photographer. What does that mean? Well that I probably have spent way to much time chasing my family around with a camera to practice the countless things I have learned from reading and workshops I have attended.
My greatest joy in life is my family. They inspire my creativity, give my life meaning and purpose.
I am married to wonderful man, Michael, who tolerates my creative ADD brain. You will usually find him reminding me to do all the things. I am also a mother to 3 crazy and equally creative children.
I love makeup. I adore big lashes. Buffalo plaid makes me so happy! Spending time at my camper is my happy place. I love a good 100 degree day, poolside with a fruity drink in my hand. Being a Wisconsin native those days are few and far between, but I cherish each one of them. I am passionate about capturing and preserving the moments in life that pass all to quickly. I look forward to meeting you!
