This little heart breaker recently turned 2. He is all boy and full of energy. With a little help from his my assistant (also known as my 1 1/2 yr old and his love interest;) he did super duper for his session. Loved how they all turned out! He and Baby Girl maybe went through a Mason Jar (haha Mason Jar, some will get that) of sweet tart jelly beans to get the job done but we go with what works.
I was going through some photos from last year to freshen up the website and I stumbled upon one of my favorite families and sessions. These 2 little firecrackers keep me on my toes and smiling. Oh Miss E can debate with the best of them and Big Man V has super sonic speed. Can't wait to work with them this fall again! Catching up on my session blogging. This little beauty was from Spring Minis back in March! She is a SWEETHEART! Baby D is the 4th little princess in her family and is totally adored by her 3 big sisters. Her eyes just light up for the camera and words can not even describe how photogenic and cute she is for just 6 months! Can't wait to see her running around at one! Turquoise, Turquoise and more Turquoise this season. I have always loved turquoise, so I am excited to have old pieces in my closets that I can pair up with new pieces. Are you looking to add a little pop to your summer wardrobe? Just add a little turquoise!
Tonight I took a quick break to photograph this wonderful family. This session was a bit special to me for a few reasons, one, being that I got meet another great family of 6 and two, this family happens to be the new owners of my husband's grandparent's home. While it was kind of sad to be there it was also a nice feeling to be back in the backyard remembering all the good times that were had there. Grandma Curry raised 5 boys there and now there is a houseful of ladies running around...oh how she must be smiling Baby "H" hit 9 months at the end of February and is already getting close to hitting her 1 year milestone. I can not believe she will soon be graduating from the Babies First Year plan, although I am super excited to photograph her cake smash! As always those big blue eyes just melted my heart. Even though she was a little stingy with her smiles at first, she was just as silly as ever!

If you found this post helpful please share. The million dollar question for family photos is always “what should we wear?” I love coordinating styles that let each family member dress to their own personality, without everyone wearing identical clothes or colors. Royal blue and chambray (always been a fav. of mine) are two favorites this Spring and I absolutely swoon over the pops of coral in this color palette. Interested in booking a session? Contact me. |
